If your preferred method of holidaying amongst the highways and byways of beautiful Somerset is by caravan, Acacia Farm is the perfect destination for you.
We are set-up to welcome caravans, motorhomes, campers and RVs with hard-standing pitches as well as grass pitches all boasting electrical hook-up points. If you are holidaying in Somerset during a ‘damper’ period, our hardstandings are ideal for ensuring that you do not get too hands-on with the famous Somerset mud.
There is everything caravaners need to enjoy a trip away and we are even able to cater for larger vehicles, double axels and 5th wheel models with our hardstanding pitches and our extra large pitch close to the entrance. This has a tap and hookup and is available for overnight pitches or late arrivals.
Our campsite is private, set back from the road and boasts pitches with lawn areas as well as hardstandings. Within easy reach of the M5, we are easily found and getting to us does not involve negotiating miles and miles of Somerset lanes. The entrance-way is wide enough to accommodate wide turning circles, and our large pitch at the front of our campsite is suitable for the largest RVs or motorhomes.
We also offer a full range of facilities at both ends of the campsite. We have a number of shower and bathrooms, including fully incorporated bathrooms with showers, toilets and sinks. We also can offer a utility room where you can store food in our large fridge-freezer, wash-up in the oversized sinks and find out where to go and what to do using the wide variety of tourist maps and information.
Our Meadow Field, next door to the main camping area, is perfect for rallys or groups seeking a space to call your own. There are great views across to Brent Knoll, a large hardstanding, eight electric hook-ups and no marked pitches so your group can be positioned in your desired layout.
The Meadow Field is also a great place to exercise your canine companions (or children), all we ask is that you keep them on a lead and clean up after them.
