There is nothing quite like camping under the stars in Somerset. With some of the best campsites in the country, we are proud to be part of the Somerset camping community and a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club.
We promote clean, safe camping and offer a wide open space to camp in where you won’t be crossing guy ropes with your neighbours.
Our camping field is a large, grassy open space, perfect for tents of all types and sizes. You will be able to bbq to your heart’s content and we have a number of fire pits available for use. What could be better than spending your evenings under an ocean of stars in the warming glow of a cheerful fire? All we ask is that you use bricks under your bbqs to help us keep Acacia Farm beautiful.
The campsite boasts all the conveniences of home, we have water taps, toilets and bathroom facilities in two separates areas with plenty of hot water – if you fancy a lie-in, you’ll still discover a hot shower whenever you decide to emerge from your slumber!
We also offer two private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and shower which are perfect for families with children.
Inside our utility room you’ll find everything you need to set you up for the day; two large sinks, a fridge freezer and a wide variety tourist maps and information.
Our facilities are located at both ends of the site, meaning that wherever you are camped, you’ll be within easy reach of whatever you need.
We are equipped to accept groups and will position larger groups of campers in the meadow field, still close to the facilities, but with that little private element that will enable you to further enjoy your camping trip.
We’d love to meet your canine pals and provide a large, eight acre field for dog walking. All we ask is that your pooch is well behaved, kept on its lead and any mess is cleaned up.
